Tankless Hot Water Heater or On Demand Water Heaters have become very popular in the last 10 years. How It Works

A hot water tap is opened.

The water enters the heater.

A water flow sensor detects the water flow.

The computer automatically ignites the burner.

The water circulates through the heat exchanger (coil).

The heat exchanger instantly heats the water at the designated temperature (this takes only 5 seconds).

The heater can provide you with endless hot water continuously so no more running out of hot water in the middle of a shower!

When the hot water tap is turned off, the unit shuts down automatically.

Takagi T-K3

This compact unit can be installed either indoors or outdoors and can be used for residential and commercial installations. The T-K3 with an Energy Factor of 0.84 exceeds the minimum standard for the federal tax credit for energy efficiency. This unit can provide .5 to 7.0 gallons per minute of hot water and has multiple temperature set points. This compact unit, 13" wide and 20.5" tall, can be installed to reclaim space used by the storage water heater.

Takagi T-M32

The T-M32 is the big brother to the T-K3 and is designed for commercial and heavy duty applications. With its Energy Factor 0.82 it meets the standard for the federal tax credit for energy efficiency. It can be installed indoors or outdoors, used for domestic hot water and heating systems. This unit can provide from 0.5 to 9.0 gallons of water per minute and has multiple temperature set points. This unit is 18.5" wide by 23" tall.

Takagi T-H1

The T-H1 is one of the most energy efficient tankless units (up to 95% in thermal efficiency) in the Tankless industry. With and energy factor of 0.92 this unit well exceeds the standard for federal tax credit for energy efficiency. It can be installed indoors or outdoors and provides .5 up to 8.5 gallons of water per minute. This unit is 13" wide and 20.5" tall.
